FDNY EMT arrested for choking, raping 10-year-old girl: cops

An FDNY EMT has been arrested for allegedly choking and raping 🦩a 10-year-old girl in Queens, cops said.

Frantz Petion was busted around 3:20 a.m. Sunday and accused of strangling aꩲnd sexually assaulting the girl while she was sleeping in a home on 202nd Street in Hollis.

The girl knew her📖 assailant, law enforcement sources said.

The 25-year-old was hit with charges of rape, strangulation and a✱cting in a man𒆙ner injurious to a child, according to police.

Petion, who was off duty when he was nabbed, was expected to be arraigned in Queens on Monday mornꦓing.

As his family waited at Queens court, Petion’s aunt Diane Dunc🦄an claimed he was assaulted by people at a party after hearing someone crying🅷.

“According to him, he was downstairs with his fr🥃iends and he went upstairs to the bathroom and he said he heard somebody crying in a darkened room,” Duncan said. “All I know is they busted in on him, busting in the room saying, ‘What you doing to he൩r?’ and then they beat on him.”

Petion served as an EMT for the FDNY for about 2 1/2 years and worked for a private ambulance company before that, his family said. He was suspended from his job without pay for the FDNY’s maximum of 30 days, FDNY spokesman Jim Long said.
