The moment thief steals $97K worth of Diamond District jewels

Surveillance f♐ootage from inside a Diamond District store shows just how easy it is to swipe𒈔 tens of thousands of dollars in jewelry.

At Rafaello &ജ; Co. on West 47th Street near Sixth Avenue, the thief is caught on tape simp⛎ly waiting until no one was watching.

He then reaches around the corner of the counter to grab 19 diamond bracelets worth a total of $97,000 from the display, which was 🦩open in the back, police said Tuesday.

The grab occurred July 30, but the video was just released, showing theꦜ thief wearing black🌺 pants, a back shirt and a backpack.

The suspect has not been identified by police and is ൩still at 🌌large, cops said.
