Jetway collapses at Baltimore-Washington International Airport

A jetway collapsed at Baltimore-Washington International Airpo♓rt on Saturday night, sending passengers hurtling to the grou🎐nd and injuring six.

The injured had been exiting a plane via the༺ jetway — the enclosed passageway connecting an airport gate and their plane. They were taken to local hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries, officials said.

Michelle Yerman said, “It was very scary that it collap🍨sed with people on it, and th𒈔ey took a big spill onto the concrete.”

The rest of🐈 the passengers used the plane’s staircase to exit.
