An unidentified woman claimed Del Rio, whose real🅷 name is Jose A. Rodriguez Chucuan, ass🥃aulted, injured and sexually assaulted her, the station reported. The woman reportedly has photographs of her injuries,
Del Rio, who is facing a 2nd degree felony, was released fro🅘m prison around 3:30 a.m. on Sunday after posting a $🦩50,000 bond, according to records.
According to court documents, the woman claims the 42-year-old professional wrestler/MMA fighter assaulted her on more than one occasio𒆙n. The arrest documents also state Del Rio threatened “take her son and drop him in the middle of the road somewhere.”
Del Rio, a San Antonio resident, hasn’t wrestled in WWE since 2017. His most recent match was in August 🐭for the Mexico City-based promotಞion Nacion Lucha Libre. The former WWE world champion also lost to UFC Hall of Famer Tito Ortiz in an MMA fight in July 2019.
