Latest Andrew Tate accuser says he raped her after choking her out unconscious
Another woman has accused Andrew Tate of rape — alleging that he continued having sex with her even after choking her unconscious.
“I thought I was going to die,” the 30-year-old accuser , alleging that her “absolutely terrifying” ordeal included death threats while still in bed.
She spoke out anonymously while joining three other UK women in a planned lawsuit against the influencer, who is already under house arrest in Romania on separate accusations of rape, trafficking and organized crime charges.
Tate’s spokesman said he “vehemently denies” all the accusations, and has only ever had “consensual” sex.
The latest accuser, using a pseudonym, “Evie,” because she fears she’ll be put “in harm’s way,” that Tate “seemed nice enough” when they first met in Luton in 2014, when she was just 20.
“We got on well … he wasn’t expressing any of the views he has now,” she said of the controversial US-born influencer’s open misogyny.
They had consensual sex that night, which was “fairly straightforward” with “no aggression,” she told the British broadcaster.
But during their second hookup months later, “whilst we were having sex, he put his hand on my throat and strangled me until I lost consciousness,” she alleged.
“When I kind of came back around, it was a bit confusing … but he was still having sex with me,” claimed “Evie,” saying it “took quite a while to come round” because she’d been left with “no oxygen.”
“I thought I was going to die,” she told The Independant.
While she had initially consented, “I think as soon as the person you’re having sex with is unable to communicate what they want to do then that consent is just completely gone,” she told the BBC.
“I didn’t consent to it,” she maintained of her disturbing allegations.
After a rush of “confusion,” she grew “quite scared” when Tate started threatening her in bed, she claimed.
“He kind of kept saying, “I own you, you belong to me” — [he] threatened to kill me,” she alleged.
“All throughout the night he was being fairly aggressive and saying horrible things.”
Although she “knew something was wrong,” she didn’t go to the police because she “didn’t see it as being as serious an incident as it is,” she told the BBC.
It was only while describing it to friends years later that she realized she’d actually been sexually assaulted, she claimed.
Even now, however, she does not believe it “would be necessary” for cops to investigate Tate for rape or sexual assault, which he said just a week ago that any accusers should do.
“I think that the civil route seems to be kind of the right one to go down,” she said — while maintaining she isn’t “doing it for the money.”
“At this point, he can’t deny it,” she said of the flurry of serious sex accusations by multiple women.
“There are a lot of women out there that are coming forward. I think he just needs to be held accountable and admit what he’s done.”
A spokesman for Tate told both outlets that he “vehemently denies these accusations and does not condone violence of any kind towards women.”
“All sexual acts that Andrew has partaken in have been consensual and agreed upon before by both parties,” the rep said.
“Andrew str♍ongly encourages women who h🐠ave experienced assault, in any form, to report it to the relevant authorities.
“He is saddened that a few opportunistic women who he has allegedly spent time with nearly a decade ago have decided to try and take advantage of his current situation.”
