Alleem Bordan, a car theft suspect in Philadelphia, was caught on video fleeing from police with his hands cuffed behind his back.
The slippery suspect made a run for it after being checked out at a hospital, police said.

But he then made a run for it and leftܫ the two offic꧒ers in the dust.

“He outran them with handcuffs behind him and disappeared in the 2700 block of Hancock Street,” Vanore said, adding that police launched an “intense search,”.

Video shows the cuffed suspect sprinting through the Liberty gas station parking lot and down the street — narrowly missing a customer in his mad dash.

“If a prisoner complains of pain or has an injury, it’s our policy that we take them to a facility,” Vanore said. “He was checked out and discharged.”

The slippery suspect is described as 5 feꦦet 6 inches tall and 145 pounds with braids and 🅰a beard.

He was wearing a blue and black plaid shirt over a black T-shirt, blue jeans and br🦹own boots.

Police noted that it is possible he may also have slipped out of his cuffs by now.

“If someone has a cuff key, it isn’t hard at all. If you don’t, I’m not sure. I don’t think I’d be able to get them off. But I’m sure there are ways he can get them off, so he may not be handcuffed anymore,” Vanore said.

Bordan has a sl🐼ew of prior arrests dating back to 2016, including for aggravated assault, resisting arrest and weapons charges, according to records cited by ABC 6.

🐭In 2020, he was charged with attempted escape and resisting arrest in Cambria Coun♏ty in western Pennsylvania.
