Trump fan electrifies his campaign signs to keep Hamptons haters at bay

This Hamptons resident finds the Trump cź§‚ampaign electrifying.

Andy Sabin of Amagansett has installed electrical wiring around his numerous political signs supporting the Republican presidential nominee — ready to deliver 14,000 volts to anyone who might try to steal or deface them, he told The Post.

He’s had signs stolen in previous election years, but no one has dared touch his current crop, which includes messages like “God, Guns and Trump” and “You missed.”

“I will make sure anyone who touches my Trump signs dies,” Sabin, 78, said.

“I hope it doesn’t come to that.”

And if the volts don’t work, he adds, “I got hollow-point bullets to teach them a lesson in life.”

Last week, Sabin, who runs a precious-metals refining company, returned to his home to find a handwritten note in a bottle next to one of his signs, reading, “You must be very lonely. Please stop making racism and sexism all of your neighborsā€™ business. . . . itā€™s embarrassing!”

The die-hard Republican fired off his own note, along with a flag, and left it in the same bottle, reading, “Sorry you don’t like me expressing my first amendment right. Hope you are good with Christmas. Be sure to vote and Happy Holidays!!”

In 2008, someone stole his signs in support of John McCain and in 2015 a thief snatched his ā€œHillary for Prisonā€ signs. Now he’s installed a third camera and has a 360-degree view to catch trespassers.
