CAN we tawk?
On Sunday night, when Joan Rivers, the last comic standing on “The Celebrity Apprentice,” puts her gloves on to duke it out with poker player Annie Duke, the 75-year-old killer will be in fighting form.
And this time, it’s personal.
Not only did the poker player, well, play her kid, Melissa, off the show in the most contentious firing in the show’s history. (“Lying f—ing whores,” were Melissa’s parting words, as the elevator door hit her in the ass on the way out.)
But Duke also played Joan behind her back, Rivers told me yesterday.
Anyway, Joan was boiling over yesterday when I talked with her. She has never had a better time than she did on “Celebrity Apprentice” but, then again, nothing’s ever made her as angry, either.
