UN widower fight$ in-laws over late wife’s estate

The estra༒nged husband of a Manhattan-based UN worker who died in the 2010 Haiti earthquake is warring with her six siblings over her estate.

Simone Trudo died at 52 when she was trapped in the rubble of an office building belongi💯ng to the French UN representative in the Caribbean nation, Trudo’s brother, Eddy, told The Post.

H🗹e’s the only sibling who lives in the United States — the rest are in Martinique.

Tru💝do left behind an apartment in Mahattan’s Inwood section and other assets totaling $400,000, but she never wrote a will.

Alexander Ayite, whom Trudo married in 1ꦆ9💞94, is suing to get her estate.

Her brothers and sisters filed suit in Manhattan Surrꦯoga𓃲te’s Court, saying it should go to them.

Trudo’s UN pension, from 15 years ♊of service in Europe, Africa and finally Haiti, went to her husband.
