Menorah set on fire hours before start of Rosh Hashana

A menoraź¦h was set on fire outside a synagogue in Brooklyn early yesterday.

The five-foot menorah was burned at the Chabad Lubavitch of Kensington shortly after midnight, several hours before the ą¹Šbeginning of Rosh Hashana, which celebrates the Jewish New Year.

No one was injured in the suspected arson, which police are investš’igating as a possible bias incident. No arrests had been made as of early today.
