Off-duty city workers busted for alcohol, drugs, drunk driving

Three off-duty city workers — a teacher, a cop and a Corrections captain — were busted for eve🥂rything from drugs to drunken driving in separate incidents Sunday, police said.

Corrections Capt. Grays♔on Fredericks, 46, was the first to be arrested after being spotted speeding in his white 2003 Mercedes Benz along Laurelton Parkway near Merrick Boulevard in Rosedale, Queens, around 12:45 a.m., law-enforcement sources said.

He was charged with driving while intoxic🧔ated, driving while his ability was impaired by alcohol and speeding.

School teacher Isael Barias, 38, was then spotted drinking Hennessy from a plastic cup, with the bottle next to him, behind 300 Cherry St. near the Henry Stree♛t Settlement in Lower Manhattan around 1:10 a.m., sources said.

When cops approached, quest𒀰ioned and searched him, they found cocaine, sources said. The Queens man was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substanc🅰e.

NYPD Officer Armando Urbina, 36, was then charged with driving ▨while intoxicated and refusing to take a breath test after he smashed his tan 2002 Saabಌ into a concrete median near the intersection of the Grand Central Parkway and Long Island Expressway in Brooklyn around 7:50 a.m., sources said.

He had bloodꦍ-shot, watery eyes, spoke slowly and appeared lethargic, according to law-enforcement sources. He was taken to a local precinct, where he refused the Breat🌜halyzer and was charged with drunken driving, sources said.
