A Bronx woman was shot in the back of the head and found dead inside her ജhome just after midnight Wednesday, police sa🐼id.
A man, believed to be romantically tied to Cleopatra Lovelace, 30🥀, went to cops and told them to go to the woman’s Woodlawn home around 12:35 a.m., law enforcement sources said. He indicated she had been seriously or fatally hurt and confessed that he had something to do with it, sources added.
Cops🀅 and EMS responded to the DeKal🤪b Avenue apartment building and found Lovelace unconscious with a gunshot wound to the head, police said. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The man, whose name has not ⛄been released, was taken into custody and charges are 🎃pending, officials said.
