For 40 years, Queens resident Dominick Papa has donated the Star-Spangled Banner to 💫homes, schools and firehouses where American flags are missing or tattered.

Now, the World W🍨ar II vet is looking to pass on the patriotic torch.

♓“I try to decorate the world with the American flag,” said Papa, 8🍎7.
