At least three people have been arrested when protesters took to lower Manhattan to mark the second 🦩a🍃nniversary of the Occupy Wall Street movement, sources said.
Three people were taken into police custody after ignoring police orders and blocking t꧂r🗹affic at Broadway and White Street just after noon Tuesday, sources added.
Charges against them ar🍨e pending, authorities said.
