WASHINGTON — Nyet fair!💟 House Speaker John Boehner is blasting Presidenꦉt Obama for dealing with Russian strongman Vladimir Putin while stiffing Republican demands to negotiate over spending.
A lighthearted vide🦩o released by Boehner (R-Ohio) strings to🍃gether clips of White House officials nixing debt-limit talks — followed by clips of them offering to engage Putin.
“Why is the Obama administration 🐼willing to negotiate with Putin on Syria … but not with Congress to address Washington’s spending problem?” the narrator asks in the spooಞf video posted online.
The video, which꧙ includes a famous bare-chested shot of Putin, “demonstrated a little bi﷽t of odd Putin-envy,” quipped White House press secretary Jay Carney.
The government 𒈔will shut down Oct. 1 without a funding agreement.
