Matthew Weiner has stated that when “Mad Men” ends in 2015, so will th🐟e story of Don Dr🌜aper.
While AMC is spinning off its dramas, “The Walking Dead” and “Bre🐻aking Bad” into other series, Weiner isn’t tempted to go that route and give us “Don Draper and The Golden Girls” or “Betty Draper joins The Mod Squad.”
Weiner told The Hollywood Reporter “there’ꦅs no chance” of a sequel or a prequel. “No judgment against anybody else — but this is it. This is tဣhe story. When it’s done, it’s done.”
The seventh season of “Mad Men” will kick off with an episode called “The Beginning,” in the spring of 2014 and end with one called “The End of an Era,” in spring 2015.
