Day-care operator pleads guilty to paying off Stevenson

A Bronx adult day-care operator testified 🎃in court Monday that he and his brother bribed indicted Assemblyman Eric Stevenson with $10,000 to help them get quick governmenౠt approvals.

Igor Belyansky made the damaging claim while pleading guilty in Manhattan federal court to charges he and his brother paid off Stevenson to hel🌺p obtain city approvals ꩲfor their adult day-care center.

Belyansky now faces 30 to 37 months behind bars when he’s sentꦉenced Jan. ෴24 under a plea deal.

Belyansky was one of four Bronx adult day-care center operators busted in a scheme the feds say netted Stevenson (D-Br🎉onx) more than $22,000 in cash and contributions for helping them open new businesses and draft legislation to weed out competitors.

Stevenson still plans to fight the charges, hi💎s lawyer said. Under Belyanksy’s plea deal, he is not required to b𝓡e a government witness.
