A creep in a business suit tried to rape a woman returning to her Tribđeca apartment builęŚding Friday night, police said.
The suspect followed the 39-y��ear-old into her building, shoved her âto the floor in the lobby and tried to rape her around 9:15 p.m., Friday, cops said.
âA man entered the building, scaring the attackerđś off, police said.
âThe victim was taken to an area hospital, where she wasđĽ treated for bruises and released, authorities said.
The suspect is believed to be in his 40s or early- to mid-50s, about 5-foot-9 and between 170 and 200 pounds. He was wearing đ şa navy blue blazer, dark pants, a white button-down ę§ shirt and black dress shoes.
