How to deal with Sunday’s TV crunch

For fans of televisionā€™s best shows, today is frustratź©µingly jam-packed. Donā€™t worry ā€” we got you covered.

Luckily, the Giants play the Chiefs at 1 p.m.ā™“ and the Jets play the Titans at 4:05 p.m., so you can devote full attention to those games before the real prime-time crunch.

Then, youā€™ve got a šŸŽbreak to order food before the Patriotsį€£/ Falcons game at 8:20.

At 9, things get hairy.

LIVE: Switch the football game to your iPad or iPhone, because the last episode ever of ā€œBreaking Badā€ begins aą¼’t 9 on AMC. There will be no way to avoid spoilers ā€” everyone is going to be talking about it. You must watch it live. Itā€™s an extended 75 minutes, so that cuts into your 10 oā€™clock hour.

DVR: The ā€œHomelandā€ premiere is alsź§…o at 9 on Showtime. Record it and watch it at 10:30 after youā€™ve procšŸ”„essed ā€œBad.ā€

WATCH LATER: HBOā€™s ā€œEastbound and Downā€ is at 10. But it will be repeated at mš’…Œidnight, and is available on HBOGo.

ON DEMAND: The season preš“„§mieres of ā€œThe Good Wifeā€ (CBS) and ā€œRevengeā€ (ABCšŸ… ) are also at 9. This is where OnDemand comes in handy.

NETFLIX: New shows ā€œMasters of Sexā€ (Showtime) and ā€œBetrayalā€ (ABC) premiere at 10. Seems like the ź¦¬perfect shows to do some marathon watching of months from now.

Even though ā€œDexterā€ and “Breaking Bad” will be off your Sunday schedule, ā€œThe Walking Deadā€ returns October 13. Plus ā€œDownton Abbeyā€ is back in January, then weā€™ve got ā€œMad Menā€ and ā€œGame of Thronesā€ next spring.

Weā€™re begging you, TV networks, spread out š’€°the good stuffšŸ’Ÿ. Our DVRs and social media accounts can only take so much on Sundays.
