Retail rival accuses Kimora Lee Simmons website of fraud

Kimora Lee Simmons’ e-commerce fashion retailer depends on fraud an🅠d deception to survive, a rival claims in court papers.

Simmons, the president and creative director of the four-year-old Just Fabulous, known as Just Fab, was s𒁏ued alongside the company by rival Fab.com, which claims Just Fab is b💝uilt on false advertising and misleading business practices.

Simmons’ outfit and Fab.♒com have been locked in a bitter legal spat since the summer when Just Fab accused its rival of trademওark infringement.

Fab.com struck back Wednesday with its c📖laims of fraud and deception.

Fab.com sells furniture, clothes and jewelry. ꧑For a $39.95 a month membership fee, Just Fab offers shoppers a pers𝓰onal stylist.

Just Fab custo🌟mers have complained the monthly fee isn’🗹t clearly spelled out and that they are surprised to find the charge on the credit cards.

“Customers have complained that they felt their onlyᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚ recourse was to cancel their credit cards to stop the charges,” Fab.com al💟leged in its suit.

A lawyer forඣ Just Fab did🐬n’t return a request for comment.
