Tourist assault thug convicted, but remains at large

A thug convicted of gang assault for using an arsenal of weapons to bludgeon a tourist in the West Village last year was sentenced to 20 years-to-life in prison Thursday – even 🌱though he remains at large.

Hatem Farsakh, 24, jumped bail during a pretrial hearing in October and was last spotted entering custo𝐆ms in Oslo, Norway.

Far🐼sakh was one of three defendants foun✨d guilty of battering a group of Massachusetts tourists on MacDougal Street on Jan. 13.

The goons were accused of brutally beating Kevin McCarron with a parking club, ti😼re iron and bat into unconsciousness in the early morning hours.

The vicious beatingඣ l﷽eft McCarron, 24, of Andover, Mass., with a fractured skull.

He still suffe♋rs from permanent brain damage, he testified at the Manhattan Supreme Court trial.
