Tune in to TV before winter break strikes

Your favorite shows have one ꦅmore episode in them before they take their winter break:

“Arrow” (Wednesday, 8 p.m., The CW)
In this episode before the holiday break, Oliver (Stephen Amell) and his abs play the part of Ebenezer Scrooge when he’s drugged and visited by ghosts from his past. Of course, Felicity (Emily Bett Ric♛kards) is there to bring him back from the dead, even though his non-girlfriend is still heating up the screen with Barry (guest star Grant😼 Gustin).

“Scandal” (Thursday, 10 p.m., ABC)
Both of Olivia’s (Kerry Washington) parents have been revealed amid th𒅌e most outrageous circumstances, plus there’s that secret house the Prez built, so what’s left? Evil twin? Bastard child? As the holidays near, e♐veryone faces the consequences of their actions.

“American Horror Story” (Wednesday, 10 p.m., FX)
Mama imagines that the worst news an actor could receive would be to learn that Ryan Murphy likes your work, because it ensures your character a fate worse than death. Just ask Sarah Paulson and Kyle♒ Spencer. The only one spared seems to be Jessica Lange, whom Murphy insists on making the most dangerously sexual woman alive. This week Lange’s Fiona tries to form an alliance with Marie Laveau (Ang🐓ela Bassett), while Cordelia’s (Paulson) attacker is revealed.

Lucy Liu and Jonny Lee Miller in “Elementary.”Jeff Neumann/CBS

“Elementary” (Thursday, 10 p.m., CBS)
Consider this the Sherlo🍸ck series’ blow-off assignment before the holiday break as it takes a page from the “Law & Order” playbook and rips a story from the headlines. When a Ponzi schemer is murdered, Holmes (Jonny Lee Miller) and Watson (Lucy Liu) must weed out which of hꦿis clients hated him enough to off him.

“Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” (Tuesday, 8 p.m., ABC)
“Angel” alum J. August Richards is back this week. And, apparently, he’s as superheroic as ever, as Coulson (Clark Gregg) calls him up in the war against Centipede. And now for the weekly spoiler alert: Member𝐆s of the team will be placed in mortal danger but, conveniently, no 🙈major characters will die.

“Nashville” (Wednesday, 10 p.m., ABC)
The country crooner drama promises that its midseason cliffhanger will off someone, but Mama’s betting it won’t💃 be any of the major players, like Rayna (Connie Britton), who’s really making us ya🌞wn with her angst over leaving her record label.
