Man accused in killing: ‘I blacked out, and Danielle is dead’

While on the run for allegedly beating his Weight Watchers-exec 💦girlfriend to death in their Queens apartment, an Ivy League-educated lawyer made a desperate call to an ex-girlfrienꦯd — all but confessing to the grisly crime.

Three days after Danielle Thomas was found dead in their Astoria a💃partment, unhinged boyfriend Jason Bohn rang up his ex-girlfriend pleading with her to keep quiet until he could get his stor🌱y straight.

“I’m in serious trouble,” Bohn told the ex, Jasmine Nieves, 29, in a recording played for jurors Thursday at Bohn’s murder trial.

“Danielle and I went out togetꦚher Saturday night. We💮 both were got intoxicated, had a disagreement, and I blacked out, and Danielle is dead.

“Please do not talk with any law enforcement officials until my defense attorneys can contact you. I don’t remember anything that happened, OK. I think I pushed her. She bumped her head. When I woke up the next morning she was not breathing. I freaked out and I fled the city.”

Nieves, a Manhattan retail ma💜nager, said she got the call at work from a number she did not recognize.

“Please do not communicate with any law enforcement officials until my attorney contacts you,” Bohn instructed from an unknown location. “I love you and I’m sorry to involve you in this mess. I’m probably going to be going away for a long time.”

Then Bohn, his voice cracking, to💖ld Nieves that he missed her and the dog they once shared, and hung up.

Despite Bohn’s request, Nieves talked to co𝓀ps the next day.

“I didn’t listen to it until the following day when a d꧙etective came and asked me if I heard from him, and I let them listen to the voicemail,” Nieves testified.

Bohn allegedly beat and choked Thomas on June 24, 2012. He faces 25 years to✅ life without parole if convicted of first-degree murd𓂃er.

The couple had fought constantly at their Astoria apartment, neighbors say. And Thomas filed assault and harassment charges a💞gainst Bohn on June 7, 2012.

In a call to Thomas while sღhe was at the 114th Precinct station, Bohn allegedly hissed, “I’l🔜l dedicate my life to hunting you down like a dog in the streets.”

An order of protection was issued, but Thomas allegedly let Bohn back in their home, where they argued about her cal🍃ling a number with a 508 are🌊a code.

On the night she was killed, a friend of Thomas got a 3 a.m. voicemail from her. On it, Bohn is allegedly heard beating her as he screams “I🌸 love you!” and “What is the 508 number?”

He fl༺ed and called 911 two days later to “check” on Thomas. Cops found ꦰher body in an ice-filled bathtub.
