The boyfriend of a woman shot in the head in her Ke🐓w Gardens apartment Sunday told cops the attack occurred during a home invasion — but po🍷lice aren’t buying his story, law-enforcement sources said.

The man said his girlfriend was shot when one of the attackers’ guns went off during an ensuing struggle. He then drove the ba𒐪dly woundꦺed woman to Jamaica Hospital, where she was listed in critical condition.

Cops are still questioning him, sources said.

A next-door neighbor re🔜ported hearing the couple fighting on a regular basis since they moved in about four months ago.

“They🌞 usually start fighting at night and go on into the morning,” said Carlos Gomez, 36. “You can hear the woman screaming.’’

Another neighbor said he “heard so🤪mething like banging” in the morning.

“Sounded like a heavy hammer,’’ Charlie Webber, 49, said. “It scared me. It got my ♎attention. But they’ve been doing construction next door, so I figured it was just [that].”

Co♈ps “found a ton of drugs in the apartment,” a police source at the scene said.
