Has ‘Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’ gone too far?

Ratings, ratings, ratings. They’re what every show — reality or scripted — loves to chase. But while most shows rely on gr🐻eat actors and solid story lines, others delve into the depths of salaciousness — and of returning May 5, is riding high on the leader board of desperation.

Case in poi𓆏nt: Alongside the perfectly-timed but merely coincidental news that stars Mimi Faust and Nikko Smith will showc🦩ase their sexual trysts on camera, the network has released an extended trailer of the show’s upcoming season.

In another scene ൲we see rapper Rasheeda and her manager-husband Kirk working on their broken relationsh💟ip after the birth of their baby.

Rasheeda is focused o💞n being a good mother; Kirk is still concerned with the far-fetched thought of his wife’s possible infidelity. He even goes so far as to purchase an over-the-counter DNA paternity test and swab his son’s mouth when Rasheeda isn’t looking.

🌌We don’t know the results yet — but we do know it doesn’t get any lower than that.

The trailer wraps up with last week’s real-life shooting incident involving Be🌃nzino. The rapper and Hip Hop Weekly magazine head was shot three times ༒after his mother’s funeral outside Boston, allegedly by his nephew.

VH1 captures mome♚nts of his recovery as his fiancée Althea and be𒀰st friend Stevie J stand by his side.
