Suit accuses executor of sitting on multimillion-dollar fortune

A Harlem manā€™s multimillion-dollar fortune, which he left to family, charities and even acquaintances, is now in the wind after the cousin who oversees his estate went AWź¦•OL, a suit charges.

Tony Viaer, who died at 75 in 2009, had been a city social worker but bought šŸŸproperties in the ā€™60s and ā€™70s on the side. He sold three in The Bronx for almost $9 million shortly before his death.

He named cousin Michkel Davis of Plainsboro, NJ, as executor. But Davis distributed $89,000 to just nine of the 50 beneficiaries in thšŸ’Ÿe will, then moved to Pennsylvania, court papers say.

Davis stopped returning letters in 2012 and failed to appear in Manhā™”attan Surrogateā€™s Court, the suit says.

Viaerā€™s alma mater, Huston-TillotsošŸŒŗn University išŸŒn Austin, Texas, filed the suit demanding Davis hand over its $2.5 million bequest.

Also left gifts were groups, like Catholic CharitišŸ…ŗeą“œs and a ā€œMoses from Denmark.ā€

Davis did not return calls for comment.
