Top City Hall aide Rachel Noerd¬linger’s convict🔯ed-killer boyfriend admitted in court that he had her c🏅ar when she got most of her $900 in parking🥂 tickets — but ridiculously blamed cops for targeting him because he’s black.
The judge, also black, shot back at a defiant, rambling Hassaun McFarlane🔥, telling him it would b✃e impossible for the parking agents to know the color of his skin since he wasn’t even in the car.
“Is there any consideration that the police be lying — because I’m black, and I drive a nice car,” McFarlane told Administrative Law Judge Marisa 🙈Miranda on July 9, according to audio recordings of the hea🐟rings obtained by The Post.
“Generally, parking violations are wh🃏en you’re not in the vehicle, so they didn’t know what color you were,” Miranda said flatly, annoyed at the defendant’s claim.
“That’s funny to me,” McFarlane said, “because I get a lot of my tickets in the vehicle, which I find ironic, which I told them that. ‘You’re writing me tickets while I’m sitting in the car.’
“So for so🌳meone to tell me that doesn’t 🍃happen — well, it happens to me all of the time.
“That’s like someone telling you the police assault people, and people didn’t believe them until they saw people on tape getting assaulted b🍸y the police like that happens.”
McFarlane was driving Noerd¬linger’s Mercedes-Benz when she was hit with five of her nine parking tickets, totali✤ng $900. In one case, he 𒀰parked “zero feet” from a hydrant.
Instead of appealing the tickets online𒈔 or by mail, he went to court without evidence, just testimony that police were out to get him.
“I’m not driving a hooptie. I drive all exotic cars, and I’m young, and every time I get out, I’🔯m having parking about 22 feet away,” McFarlane said.
“You being a black woman and, I don’t know, maybe you and I have some understanding that other men who drive nice cars are a little bit more, you know, what’s the word, detailed or pr🍎ioritized or profiled, so I mean my ticket, this is ridiculous.”
He even said police would know he was a minority by the n꧋eighbo💯rhoods where he parked.
“Not guilty, the police lying. I didn’t do what they accused me of doing. I’m going to plead not 🌠guilty🧔 on all of those. That’s what I’m ¬doing,” he said.
McFarlane also made sure to note that 💙he is the boyfriend of Noerdlinger, the embattled top aide to Mayor de Blasio’s wife.
“She’s the chief of staf🐠f for the first lady, Chirlane McCray, so I’m basically the driver,🌃” he said.
Miranda didn’t care. She found him guilty and ordered him t💟o pay $420 in fines.
According to the Department of Finance, Noerdlinger stil🌜l owes the city $875💝.61 for the nine tickets and has set up a payment plan.
McFarlane has c♒alled cops “pigs” on social media. He has a rap sheet that includes a homicide, conspiring to run a cocaine operation and nearly running a cop off the road in Edgewater, NJ, last year.
Noerdlinger, a former aide to the Rev. Al Sharpton, was💯 given a free pass by the mayor after it was revealed that she didn’t disclose on her background check that she lives with a convicted felon.
City Hall spokeswoman Rebecca Katz stood behi♋nd Noerdlinger.
“As we’🎶ve said before, no one at City Hall, including Rachel, supports a🤪nti-cop views,” Katz said.
“The NYPD does a fanꦬtastic job serving the people of this city. And no one hꦿere condones attempts by anyone to get special treatment.”
