Mentally ill woman championed by Bharara safe—for now

A mentally ill woman whose fight against eviction from her Manhattan apartment has been championed by US Attorney Preet Bharara i✱s safe — for now.

Stephanie 🐟Aaron has been warring with the management company that runs her Lower East Side building because it wants to boot her for refusing to get rid of her dog.

Aaron♑ has argued that the pit bull provides critical relief from severe anxietyꦛ and depression and that she can’t live without it.

But East River Housing brass claim co-op rules prohibit🐻 the pooch and lets them toss her for refusing 🐠to comply with their demands.

Bharara took on the case and lobbied a Manhattan federal judge to block the♍ir efforts.

Judge Edgardo Ramos issued a restraining order Wednesday that prꦬevents Aaron’s eviction pending an overall ruling on the case.
