Comedian Sarah Silverman will return to “Masters of Sex” for the show’s third season, reprising he🌸r role as Helen.
Her multi-episode arc f﷽inds Helen reunited with her girlfriend Betty (Annaleigh Ashford) and trying to have a baby, which proves ꦦchallenging for a lesbian couple in 1966.
Season Three of the Showtime period drama finds William Masters (Michael Sheen) and Virginia Johnson (Lizzy Caplan) dealing with the glare of the national spotlight as their sex study is finally unveiled. Their work will also afౠfect their own evolving three-way “marriage” with Masters’ wife, Libby (Caitlin FitzGerald).
Silverman appeared in two episodes of “Masters of Sex” in Season Two. O♊ther guest stars for Season Three 💙include Josh Charles (“The Good Wife”) as a perfume salesman looking to bottle the smell of sex and Tate Donovan (“24: Live Another Day”) as a scientist involved with Margaret Scully (Allison Janney).
“Maste🅺rs of Sex” returns July 12 at 10 p.m. on Showtime.
