Judge green lights Cuomo pal’s basement bowling alley

Gov. Cuomo pal Gregg Hymowitz’s construction of a basement bowling alley in his Upper East Side mansion got the green light Wednesday when a judge refused to issue a preliminary injunᩚᩚ𒅌ᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚction to stop the project.

Hymow♔itz, the governor’s longtime fund-raiser and hedge-fund owner, was sued last week ♈by Hemant and Varsha Shah, who claimed the excavation has caused $5 million in damage to their $42 million mansion at 22 E. 64th St.

Hymowitz’s engineer testif꧅ied Wednesday that the construction at the $23 million home at 20 E. 64th S💧t. could cost as much as $25 million.

Last week, a jud🧜ge issued a temporary restraining order halting construction✨ at the site, but that order was vacated by Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Joan Kenney.

Kenney said 𓄧the Shahs failed to prove they would suffer irreparable harm if the construction continued.

The judge, however, did not dispute that constr♍uction has caused cracks in the moldings and walls.

The Shahs may be abl🃏e to recoup some of the cost of damage through Hymowitz’s insurance.
