Ex-broker who ran with ‘Wolf of Wall Street’ is found at rehab center

Preston King during his days as a Wall Streeter.

The former 🥀stockbroker who went on a decades-long downward sp⛄iral that left him jobless and homeless has emerged in an upstate rehab center, he told The Post on Thursday.

William “Preston” King — who was pals with Jordan “Wolf of Wall Street” Belfort ൲during the height of his trading career — said he’s now doing well and hop✅es to return to New York City soon so he can reunite with family, pursue a less stressful finance job and finally maintain his sobriety.

“I’ve been working reꩵally hard on my recovꦏery,” said King, 52.

King’s sister, Kristine, on Monday misidentified her brother to The Post and the Sergeants Benevolent Association as the man featured in a photograph lying on pizza boxes in Greenwich Village. She then went out witℱh a union offic✨ial looking for him.

William King phoned his sister Tuesday night, confirming he’s alive and well. King then informed The Post of his sister’s error.

“I’ve now apologized to my family and I’d like to apologize public♏🔜ly,” King said.

He confirmed the details of his 𝄹riches-to-rags story in Monday’s Post.

King, was a power player in the market in the 1980s, but his stock-dealing days 🍸would blend into nights of cocaine-fueled clubbing which continued through morning, when he’d take a taxi directly to his office.

“We all walked in the same circles, we sometimes worked on the same deals and partied in t⛎he same nightclubs,” King said of Belfort. “I briefly considered going to work for him. I definitely would have fit in there.”
