That’s apparent from this first-look photo from the two-part ไ“Luther” special airing later this year on BBC America with Idris Elba reprising his role as DCI John Luther after a two-year hiatus.
Not much is known about the special at this point — only that it will see Luther see൲king vengeance and facing a chilling adversar🅘y.
The special will also feature regular “Luther” cast members Michael Smiley (Benny Silver) and Dermot Crowley (DSU Martin Schenk) along with Rose Leslie (“G🔯ame of Thrones”), Patrick Malahide and Laura Haddock (“Guardians of the Galaxy”).
The specials are being written by “Luther” creator Neil Cross who’s “pulled out all the stops to make this the biggest, scariest story,” as execut𒉰ive producer Elizabeth Kilgarriff told The Telegraph in the UK.
The third season of “Luther” aired in 2013.
