Cops in this tiny town make nearly $200K a year

The 12 officers in a sleepy Suffolk village earn the fattest൲ a🅰verage paychecks of any police department in the state — a lavish $187,973, more than double the pay of the average NYPD cop, a ­report said Thursday.

Lloyd Harbor — where there hasn’t been a murder, rape or robbery in at least 14 years — also pays Chief Charles Flynn an annual s♑alary of $285,6﷽93, making him the fourth-highest-paid local public employee in New York state, according to the report from the ­.

Village Attorney John ღRitter said the department keeps crim♓e low and that taxpayers were happy to cough up big bucks to keep it that way.

“We are fortunate not to have major felonies. I cannot remember a homicid🍬e, and I’ve been with the village since 1985,” he said.
