T𒁃here’s more pot on the street near Union Square than at the city’s firsꦫt medical-marijuana dispensary, weed buffs said Wednesday.
Colombia Care, which opens Thursday on East 14th Street and Third Avenue, is so sleek and discrete, there’s no hint from the outside 🌺that it sells cannabis products such as pills, oils and vape cartridges.
The interior features a soothing spa-like setup, but its rules are far from relaxing. Patients must show their medical-marijuana cards and IDs before they’re buzzed into the shop, where no buds or edibles are sold — unlike California’s medical dispensaries, where dozens of strains and edible treꩵats are available.
Only people with one of 10 serious diseases, including cancer and 💙HIV, can get the stuffಞ.
“It’s easier to get weed on the street than in the dispensary,” said Sam Charles, 19, a student from the East 🦄Village.
“Everyone k🅠nows someone with [a dealer’s] number, and you can probably still buy ▨it in the park.”
