Anchor Rosanna Scotto’s son gets slap on wrist for purse theft

FOX-5 news anchor Rosanna Scotto’s son was allowed to plead guilty Monday to a lesser charge as part of plea deal for swiping a Chanel purse from a club.

Louis Ruggiero, 22, withdrew his guilty plea to misdemeanor petit larceny and copped to disorderly conduct – a violation, not a crime. He’ll have no criminal record.

He also showed the court proof he had completed an outpatient substance abuse program in accordance w🍃ith the no-jail deal he took last ✤August.

He was busted March 7 after he spotted the fancy pocketbook under a bench at Marquee, slipped it into his jacket a✃nd exited the Tenth Avenue club.

Cops allege♔dly also found a small amount of cocaine and a false ID on him.

He was originally charged with grand larceny♛, criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a forged instrument.

Ruggiero’s mother, Scotto, 57, is co-anchor 🌼of Channel 5’s “Good Day New York” wit🐼h Greg Kelly.

She is the daughter of Anthony Scotto, a formeꦍr boss in the Gambino cr༒ime family.
