Court rules dad doesn’t have to pay for kid’s private school

A Manhattan appeals panel shot down a woman’s dream of sending her son to the prestigious Trinity School after the laℱwyer dad refused to pay for the ch🍒ild’s private education.

Carolina Pascacio originally won her court fight in 2012 when a lower court judge orde⛦red Manhattan attorney Michae🍷l J. Devereux to pay the $44,000 tuition.

But the five-judge appeals panel overturned that ruling saying there was no indicat⛄ion that the 7-year-old “has any special needs or gifts” that would require private schooling.

Devereux had argued that he couldn’t afford the pricey tuition because he has a lot of debt and earns only $128,000 a year. He told The Post his ex-girlfriend has refused to let him see his son for mor𝓰e than four years.

“Although the mother promised that I would be afforded as much custody and visitation as I wanted, and admitted that our son needed me in his life, her attorney nevertheless argued against any custo🌱dy and visitation,” Devereux said.

Pascacio ൩and he🍌r attorney did not respond to requests for comment.
