Times Square Spider-Man busted for being a jerk to tourists

Even Daily Bugle editor J. Jonah Jameson doesn’t take Spider-Man as seriously as this phalanx of ꧋nine NYPD officers, who converged on the scene to arrest a Times Square panhandler.

The web-slinger had alleg꧑edly teamed up with a man dressed as Batman villain The Penguin to strong-arm some hapless tourists into forking over $40 for a photo.

The victims had offered the duo $20 after posing💎 for the pic at about 1 p.m. on Seventh Avenue near East 45th Street.

Spidey (Oscar Rodriguez, 32) and Penguin (Yamil Morales, 39) allegedly balked at the tip, leading to an argument that drew the 𒊎mob of officers.

Both men💙 were handcuffe📖d and thrown into a police van.

They were charged wi☂th aggressiಌve panhandling, cops said.

The bust came the same day Mayor Bill de Blasio signed a bill to regulate where costumed characters c🐟an operate🐭 in Times Square to cu𝓀rtail aggressive behavior, which some saꦕy is getting worse.

“I’ve been here for four or five months and I’ve seen some stuff a💛t least three times,” said Invictus employee Anthony Boyd, 23.
