Apple is about to make a huge mistake, co-founder warns

The co-founder of Apple hasꦺ predicted backlash if one rumor of th⭕e upcoming iPhone 7 holds merit.

Steve Wozniak said a lot of customers will be frustrated if Apple removes the headphone jack, without fixing pre-existing issues with the iPhone’s Bluetooth.

“I🐬f it’s missing the 3.5 mm earphone jack, that’s going to tick off a lot of people,” Wozniak .

“I would not use Bluetooth … I don’t like wireless. I have cars where you can plug in the music, or go through Bluetooth, and Bluetooth just sounds so flat for the same music.”

Wozniak said he expects people will still be able to connect wired head𒁃phones into the lightning port of the iPhone, but they will have to have an adapter.

“Mine have custom ear implants, they fit in so comfortably, I can sleep on them and everything. And they only come out with one kind of jack, so I’ll havꦛe to go through the adap✃ter,” he said.

Wozniak said he would only consider going wireless if Apple fixed prꦑoblems with its Bluetooth.

“If there’s a Bluetooth 2 that has higher ba💧ndwidth and better quality, that sounds like real music, I would use it,” he said.

“But we’ll see. Apple is good at moving towards the future, and I like ♉to follow that.”

The technology entrepreneur said he believed Apple should follow the lead of Google and Samsung by introducing the UಌSB Type-C port — a next-generation industry standard offering ultra-fast data transfer speeds, device charging and video output.

“One of my favorite Android phones, the Nexus 5X, uses𒁏 that connector. It gives it a higher level in my own thinking,” he said.

“I think USB-C is going to be the future.”

Despi✨te leaving Apple in 1985, Wozniak continues t🌸o provide the company with advice and these comments could be no exception.

With the iPhone 7 expected to be released in early September, ꦇpeople will have to wait until then to see what Apple has planned.
