Flipping out isn’t always a bad thing.

Celebrity interior-designer couple Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent are looking to flip a st🦩ately Spanish-style sꦚpread in Los Angeles for $2.99 million, The Post has learned.

Located at 8195 Hollywood Blvd. — a stone’s throw from the Sunset Strip — the five-bedroom property can earn them a modest profit if it sells for that price. They snagged it last year for 🔜$2.36 million.

This 3,643-square-foot pad, which they remodeled, features simple, yet elegant, interiors. White walls, enhanced by suꦯnlight that comes in through picture windows, create a nice sense of brigh𝕴tness.

The living room has a wood-burning fireplace and high ceilings. A formal dining room leads to the eat-in chef’s kitchen, which has stainless-st🌺eel appliances and 🥂rows of white cabinetry. Other touches include beamed ceilings and arched doorways.

Upstairs, three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Meanwhile, the master s♔uite, which 𒁏also has an ensuite bath, has a walk-in closet and a patio with city views.

Outside, the buyer will get gardens, patios and a swi♏m🦋ming pool.

The listing of this home comes on the heels of the $9.8 million June sale of Berkus and Brent’s duplex penthouse in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village, and comes at a comparative value. That 2,800-square-foot co-op, which graced last October’s Architectural Digest cover,✨ originally hit the market last November for $10.5 million.
