Video shows woman shooting home intruders, one fatally

A woman in♑ Georgia dashed out of a room and fired shots at three armed intruders, killing one of them during a home invasion, newly released surveillance video shows.

The footage, released Thursday by the Gwinnett County Police Department, shows three suspects kicking down a door and entering a home in unincorporated Gwinnett County on Sept. 16. Investigators hope the video will🐟 lead to new information on the whereabouts of the two remaining suspects, both of whom are believed to be armed and dangerous.

“All three suspects are armed in the video,” Gwinnett County police Cpl. Deon Washington said i🐼n a statement, according to the . “They are not wearing masks and we highly anticipate someone recognizing them. They should be considered armed and dangerous and a threat to the community.”

The🔜 video was released six days after the armed home invasion, in which officers arrived at about 4 a.m. after a woman staying at the home called police.

Investigators have said the woman is a local restaurant owner staying at the hom♐e due to the proximity to her business. About two minutes after the incident begins, the woman can be seen running into the frame, firing her gun at one of the suspects as another runs directly in front of her.

Police later identified the deceased sus♋pect as Antonio Leeks, 28, of Atlanta, .

Both suspects still sought by police have been described as black males, about 6 feet tall, with thin builds and facial hair. Both are believed to be in theꦆir 20s and officers believed robbery was the motive to enter the home, the Gwinnett Daily Post report๊s.
