Two school administrators disciplined after ‘unacceptable’ wisecracks

These assistant principals need some serious detent♈ion time.

An administrator in Queens torpedoed her career after telling a roomful of kids she was accused of planning to bomb the school, and another in Brooklyn alleged♐ly made sexual wisecracks to students, city probes found.

The trouble for PS/IS 116 William C. Hughley assistant principal Belinda Williams started in 2013 when she told a colleague that trading room🃏 assignments could get her in trouble.

“If I get another letter in my file, I’m go🦋ing to blow up the school,” she joked, according to a newly released report by the Special Commissioner of Investigation for city schools. The two laughed at the comment, “made in jest,” the report states.

But another colleague in earshot🐽 apparently wasn’t laughing and lodged a complaint, and Williams griped about it to a roomful of kids.

“I ไwon’t be around much longer,” she said, according to the report.

She then closed the classroom door and told students abo🐠ut the “allegation” against her, asking them if they knew what happened in Boston, referring to the marathon bombing that year.

“Somethiꦑng similar happened to me,” Williams said, telling the class ﷺsomeone had accused her of planning to bomb the building — which caused the kids to “gasp,” the report said.

Investigators questioned 19 students, who all said th🌞e comments made them feel “sad,” “nervous” and “scared.”

“I had a bad dream about it,” one girl said.

“I asked, ‘Is she re🐠ally going to blow up the building?’ — but my teacher said it was a lie,” a boy said.

Williams defended her conduct to SCI, saying she was explaining what “allegation” meant and always taught children “about life’s situations and lif𝓀e’s skills.”

The city Department of Education said Will🦋iams retired from her $114,778-a-year job in 2015.

In another case, the Special Commissioner of Investigation found that ass🅘istant principal Andre Lissone, now 48, made sexual remarks and gestures in 2011 at Aspirations Diploma Plus HS in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn, a school for teen moms and kids at risk of dropping out.

A male student said Lissone “tried to be part of the school community by being cool,” telling a group of boys that “even though he was ugly, he still was able to ‘get a lot of white p—y,’ ” according to an SCI report.

When handing out candy, Lissone, who is blaꦏck, told a girl, “For you I have a chocolate lollipop,” the repor♏t says.

Another girl said Lissone asked if he could take her to a nightclu꧙b, and that he showed porn pictures from his cellphone, the report says. When asked to hold another girl’s phone, Lissone asked, “Do you have naked pic🌱tures of yourself? Show me!”

He told a girl discussing her college 💟plans: “I 🀅can see you drop it like it’s hot,” slang for a sexy dance move involving a girl’s behind. Another girl said Lissone said out loud, “Look at your butt, it’s getting big!” according to the report.

Some studentꦰs said Lissone jacked up his pants when꧅ seated with girls so they could see his crotch area. Others said Lissone let students dirty dance in the lunchroom on Fridays.

In an interview ඣwith investigators, Lissone suggested the complaints stemmed from students who “objected to his disciplinary decisions.”

He denied making any tasteless remarks.

Lissone was reprimanded, fined $1,000, demoted to teacher and assigned to a pool of s🔯ubstitutes this year, according to the DOE.

“This behavior was completely unacceptable and inappropriate, and these actions were disciplined,” DOE spo♛keswoman Devora Kaye said of Lissone and Williams.
