Dear John: I feel that President-elect Donald Trump can hit a home run with two quick fixes that have been long neglected.
First, authorizing the refinancing of student loans, which have been breaking the backs of students and directly and/or indirectly their families.
Second, attacking the bureaucracy that has allowed public housing to be neglected and apartments to be inexcusably in disrepair for years.
Mr. Trump would be using his skills as a negotiator and a builder. T.G.
