The former couple, who have two children and divorced in 2014, must be relieved to⛎ have found a buyer aft🤪er trying to sell the three-bedroom spread for a year.

The sale has come at a cost, however, as they had to slash the apartment’s price from the $14.25 million it was listed for when it first went on the market last March. That price was later reduced to $12.85 million, only for it to be withdrawn from the market in November, record💛s show.
