“It was way overpriced and sold fast once it was priced right,” a source close to the deal ✃says.

The unit was last listed for $27.5 million — and it’s a stunner. It’s a two-bedroom that measures a nice 4,536 squ൲are feet and co💞mes with unhindered Central Park views.

The residence features ♑a large living room and parquet de Versailles-patterned floors of hand-hammered silver over wood.

There’s also a dining room that opens to a cozy corner breakfast room, a library with 18th-century Chinese lacquer doors and a sunlit mast🎉er bedroom.

The interiors were designed by Barack Obama’s White House designer Michael S. Smith and architect Oscar Shamamian, who received a Stanford White Award from the Institute of Cla⭕🔜ssical Architecture & Art in 2015. Deborah Grubman, David Adler and Paul Albano of Corcoran had this listing.
