Burglar takes iPhone, laptops from Bronx pol’s office

A brazen burglar broke into Congressman Adriano Espaillat’s Bronx office overnight Friday and stole an iPhone, two laptops and a digital video recorder, police said.

A building employee discovered the office at 2530 Grand Concourse had been burglarized upon arriving Friday at 8 a.m. The employee noticed broken glass outside of the building an🌠d found that the office had been ransacked, cops said.

The suspect allegedly broke in through a rear door and entered a music store in the basement of the building. He then made his way up to the legislator’s office and lifted the items.

Nothing was rep🥀orted missing from the music store, police ꦕsaid.

The Democratic congressman represen﷽ts The Bronx, Harlem and Inwood 𝓡regions of the city.

He is the first🐻 formerly undocumented immigrant to be elect🔴ed to Congress.
