James Dyson looks to expand Big Apple real estate

James Dyson, the billionaire British vacuum cleaner king, is abou💖t to dramatically expand his Big Apple footprint with major commercial and residential r🍸eal estate plays.

On Fifth Avenue, Dyson is in the end stages — in a race with the San Fran shop — of outfitting the first US flagship. The NYC space spanning nearly 3,200 square feet🐟 — and modeled after his successful London outpost on Oxford Street — the store is envisioned as an interactive-style space where folks can try out his design-driven products 💝before taking them home for a test clean.

Speaking of home, Dyson is also one of the first confirmed buyers of 5♚20 Park Ave., the Robert A.M. Stern-designed billionaire tower with the city’s highest balconies and, most likely, condo prices — including a triplex penthouse reportedly going for $130 million.
