A 30-year꧟-old woman was shot and killed by the father of her child early Sunday in Queens, police sources said.

Luz Cuza was shot in the head as she sat on her stoop near the corner oꦉf 147th Street and 133rd Avenue. in South Ozone Park just after 2 a.m.

Her boyfriend, Robert Rodriguez, 30, fled the scene after the shooting but was later cap🐼tured by police. Charges against him are pendiﷺng, officials said.

Ray Garcia, the victim’s brother, said he paid the couple a visit around 1 a.m. where he saw his sister outside and her boyfriend loading a gun in the doorway.

Garcia said Rodriguez was known to carry a firearm and often bragged about it, so he was not immediately alarmed bཧy the sight of the weapon.

“I didn’t think nothing of it,” he said. “She didn’t say nothing. She was just sitting there. She had confidence that he wouldn’t hurt her — she’s his baby’s mother.”

Garcia said his the couple had bee♔n together fo𝐆r around 18 months and recently had a son.

“I looked at her and said, ‘What are you doing?’ She said, ‘I don’t think he’s gonna do nothing.’ So I went around house,'” Garcia said.

“Then I hear one shot.”

When he came back outside, Garcia said he found 🧸his sister on the ground bleeding from the head.

“I started crying. I told her, ‘I’m gonna save you, I’m gonna save you,’” he told his dying sister.

“She took a deep breath, but couldn’t talk. I started knocking on everybody’s door — boom boom boom — to get someone to call an ambulance.”

She was taken to Jamaica Hospital whe🐽re she died, officials said.

Luz Cuza’s ജgri𒊎eving mom Eugenia Arizemendi, 61, promised to care for her suddenly motherless grandson.

“I nee⛄d to get this baby. That’s the only thing I’ve got now. I don’t got m൲y daughter; I want the baby,” Arizemendi said.

“I wasn’t a strong woman in the hospital. I stood there until𝓰 they zipped her up … the doctor explained to me that since she got to the hospital s𒆙he was brain dead because the bullet went in her eye and out through her brain.”

David Cuza, another brother of the victim, vowed to be at suspect’s perp walk.

“I want to know when they’re going to transport him (Rodriguez),” said Cuza, 28. “I want to know if he’s got anything to say to the family. We just want to know why he did it. Why would you kill the mother of the child?”

The victim’s 17-year-old daughter Nyomi Duncan added: “He o🔜wes us an explanation.”

Ray Garcia speculated Rodriguez mꦕight have 💧been drinking before he pulled the trigger.

“I guess it was alcohol,” Garcia said. “Every time he gets drunk he starts cursing, acting up. I told her he was dangerous. He was obsessed.”
