Woman faints as she’s found guilty in murder-for-hire plot

A woman fainted in a ​California ​courtroomꦜ ​the moment she was fou🌌nd guilty in a murder-for-hire plot​ against her husband​, new footage shows.

Diana Lovejoy, 45, ​of Carlsbad, ​went limp and flopped over face-first Monday as a jury convicted her 🌊of recruiting an ex-Marine to kill her ex-husband amid a messy custody battle.

The lawyer and a court officer grabbed Lovejoy before she could fall over ไcompletely🐓, the footage shows.

The judge halted the proceedings, and reconvened half an hour later to continue with the verdict for the assassin — and �🦩�without Lovejoy in the room, .

Weldon McDavid Jr., 50, was also found guilty of attempted murder for shooting and injuring Lovejoy’s ex, Greg Mulvihill, in 2014.

Prosec𒁏utors say the former Marine marksman lured his mark outside wi🔜th the promise of dirt on Lovejoy, but was actually waiting in the bushes with a gun, Fox 5 reports.

McDavid, who was Lovejoy’s shooting instructor, said the woman told him that Mulvihill was molesting their young son and she wanted him to stop.

Lovejoy faces 25 years to life in prison and McDavid faces 50 years to life. They’ll both be sentenced next month.
