Koch brothers reignite Time, Meredith sale talks

Meredith is hoping the third time’s the charm.

The publisher of Family Circle, Better Homes and Gardens and🍸 other monthly titles, is in talks to buy Time Inc., according to a report late Wednesdayꦯ.

The deal would be backed by the billionaire investing brothers, Charles G. and𓆏 David H. Koch, the report said.

The two companies have discussed a combin🎶ation twice before — the last time earlier🅷 this year.

The Koch brothers are reওady to inject $500 million cash into Meredith, the Times reported, citing people with knowledge of the talks.

Time Inc. also declined to comme♐nt. Meredith did not immediately respo൩nd to a request for comment.
