Palestinian protester wears Santa suit while throwing rocks

‘Tis the season for West Bank violence.

A Palestinian man apparently put President Trump on the naughty list for recognizing Jerusalem as Israel’s capital – donning a Santa su𝔍it to deliver a v𝓡olley of rocks against soldiers near Ramallah.

The not-so-jolly scene emerged amid protests by Palestinians outraged by the president’s De𓆉c. 6 announcement, which they view as siding with Israel on the m🍎ost sensitive issue in the conflict.

Israeli Defense Minister Avigdor Liebermanꦓ said the Jewish state knew it would pay a price for Trump’s recognition of Jerusalem as thﷺe capital.

“✃We are willing to pay any price” for it, he said Tuesday morning at the Israeli army’s Re’im Base near the border with the Gaza Strip, the Israeli Haaretz newspaper reported. “It seems this is a price worth paying.”

Lieb꧙erman also praised the “optimism 🦩and spirit” of Israelis living near the Gaza border.

“We will not accept any trickle,” he said of the relentless rocket fire from Gaza into southern communities since Trump’s declaration.

“Israel is prepared and ready as it has never been before, and from what we have seen in 🌸the past two days, Hamas has internalized and understands this, too,” he said.

The extremist group arrested Salafi militants in Gaza t🐼o ꧑curb the rocket fire into Israel, the news outlet reported.
